· At first, you need to create a new folder on the desktop and name it QBtest
· The user is then required to open the folder where the file is saved. The user will find the company file location on Product information screen and No company open window
· Look for the tlg file on the company file’s folder. This company file that you are looking for will have the same name as the company file
· In case the user is unable to identify the .TLG file, then the user needs to have the follow the below mentioned steps to show file extension
o The very first step is to click on windows + E to open file explorer
o Select organize option and select folder to search for options to move further

o Select the hide extensions for known file types option
